Our Story
Hello and welcome to Shady D5 Creek Farm. We are a small herd of ADGA registered Nubian and Lamancha dairy goats located in southeast Nebraska. Our farm is nestled along the Little Blue River between corn fields and rolling hills. On our property we have a beautiful creek bed vastly covered by trees, for which our farm is named. Our herd name is D5 creek to represent our last name and the five members that make up our wonderful family.
Our herd started out with a few goats that we had picked up at auctions thinking that they would be a great addition to our hobby farm. As time went on and our love for dairy goats grew, we knew that we wanted to do more than just have our children show at the county fair. This is when we started to transition our herd to registered, show quality goats.
We (Kyle and Echoe) are the owners of Shady D5 Creek Farm along with our three children. Even though we both work outside of the home, our time and devotion to our goats is endless.
